How
to reach our Kos Base Kos
Airport is located 26 km from Marina of Kos. Local
Bus: The bus departs from the
Airport a while after the arrival of the Olympic Air flight. The bus covers
the distance between the Airport and the Olympic Agency, 700m from our base.
The ticket costs € 3. Taxi: You can find easily taxis at Kos Airport. The
drive costs approximately € 25-30. Kos
Base Amenities Provisions: Your provisions could be
organized
(only upon request). Your order will be on board upon your arrival. Parking
Area: The Marina of Kos has a
free parking area. Bank
Transactions: In Kos Town you can find
several banks. Banks
are open 08:00 - 14:30 Monday - Friday and they all provide ATMs. Also, in
the Marina you could find a 24 hour cash machine. Fuel: Upon delivery of the boat, the fuel tanks
will be full. Electricity: The piers in Kos Marina are not equipped with

in Kos The
Askipiion is the first medical institute founded by
Hippocrates, the father of medicine who was born in
Kos. The
Castle lies in the main harbor of the island and it's the most imposing monument
of the Venetian period. The
walls were built for the defense of the town, between 1391 and
1396. The
Museum is in 25th Martiou str., in central square Eleftherias. Visiting
Hours: 8:30am-2:30pm (Closed: Monday) Hippocrates
Plant Tree, it is believed that
this tree, located in Kos town, was planted by Hippocrates more than 2.400
years ago. It was one of the locations Hippocrates favoured
to teach medicine to his students. The
Odeon was found in 1929 by the
